The Challenge: Launch a new coffee brand in a saturated retail market. The brand needed to stand out on the shelf immediately and convey a premium, artisanal quality through visual storytelling alone.
The Solution: Spearheaded the full brand launch, from initial strategy workshops to final packaging production. Created a scalable packaging system that maximizes shelf presence and designed a cohesive "unboxing experience" for direct-to-consumer sales.
